Who we are

Catering Planners Pro is operated by Noesis Pixel Art Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”). Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to privacy@cateringplannerspro.com.

Information we process

• Shopify store identity, primary domain, plan capability, app installation and subscription status.
• Catering products, package rules, menu items, add-ons, delivery regions and storefront configuration created by the merchant.
• For custom-delivery enquiries: the buyer's name, email address, phone number, event date, catering selections, estimated total and notes.
• Technical and security information needed to authenticate requests, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and maintain the service.
• For separately purchased themes: purchaser email, payment and fulfilment references, licence records and download activity. Stripe processes card details; we do not store full card numbers.

Why we process it

We process this information to provide the app, calculate and validate catering orders, deliver enquiries to the merchant, administer subscriptions, provide support, secure the service, comply with law and enforce our terms. We do not sell personal information or use buyer enquiry details for independent advertising.

Shopify merchant responsibilities

The merchant controls the buyer information submitted through its storefront and is responsible for its own privacy notices and lawful handling of that information. We process that data to provide the app to the merchant.

Service providers and international processing

Information may be processed by Shopify, our hosting and email infrastructure, and professional service providers that help us operate and secure the service. Stripe separately processes payments for direct theme purchases. These providers may process information in countries other than the merchant's or buyer's country, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

Retention and deletion

Active-store configuration and enquiries are retained while the app is installed and as needed to provide the service. Store configuration, enquiries and authenticated sessions are deleted when the app is uninstalled. A minimal installation record may be retained briefly for security, billing reconciliation and aggregate operational reporting, and is deleted when Shopify sends its mandatory shop-redaction request. Customer-specific enquiry data is deleted when Shopify sends a valid customer-redaction request. Backup copies expire through the backup retention cycle.

Security

We use encrypted transport, tenant-isolated application access, signed Shopify requests, restricted administrative access, rate controls, security updates and backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of their personal information, or object to certain processing. Buyers should normally contact the Shopify merchant first because the merchant controls the storefront relationship. Requests can also be sent to our privacy email; we may need to verify identity and coordinate with the merchant.

Changes

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised effective date here and provide additional notice when required.
