Refund and cancellation policy

App subscriptions

App plans are approved, billed, changed and cancelled through Shopify App Pricing. Cancellation stops future renewal in accordance with the timing Shopify displays. It does not automatically refund a completed billing period.

If you believe an app charge is incorrect or the paid service was materially unavailable, contact support@cateringplannerspro.com within 14 days of the charge with the store domain and charge details. We will investigate and, where appropriate, coordinate any adjustment through Shopify.

Digital theme purchases

Theme files are digital goods delivered after payment. Change-of-mind refunds are not normally available after a download link has been issued or used. Before downloading, contact support if compatibility is uncertain.

If a supplied theme is materially defective, materially different from its description, or cannot be downloaded because of our system, contact support within 14 days. We will first offer a corrected file, replacement or technical remedy; where required by applicable consumer law, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be provided.

Non-excludable rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.
